Hi,<\/p>\n

I’ve found this really interesting link to the Apple’s employee manual: gizmodo: Apples employee training manual<\/a>.

\nThey have interesting part about which words to avoid (my favourite is “situation” for plain BUG or “stops responding” for CRASH)<\/p>\n

Did your computer crash? No, it “stops responding.” Never say crash.
\nWhat if some Apple software has a bug? Wrong: there’s an “issue,” “condition,” or simply “situation.”
\nYou don’t “eliminate” a problem\u2014you “reduce” it.
\nNo Apple products are hot\u2014at most they’re “warm.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

They have answer for everything with 3F’s<\/p>\n

Customer: This Mac is just too expensive.
\nGenius: I can see how you’d feel<\/strong> this way. I felt<\/strong> the price was a little high, but I found<\/strong> it’s a real value because of all the built-in software and capabilities.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Right, you haven’t bought expensive device, the price was just for the perks you got. No, jail breaking is not needed, you’ve got all software built in:)<\/p>\n

Customer: I want an iPad, but I need a mouse. I can’t deal with all this touching.
\nGenius: I may know how you feel<\/strong>. I’m mouse fan and felt<\/strong> as if I’d never get used to it but I found<\/strong> it becomes very easy with a little practice.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And they know what are your emotions just by looking at your posture, gestures etc.<\/p>\n

Suspicion and secretiveness<\/strong>
\nSideways glance
\nRubbing nose\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So next time you will visit their store beware that when you really need to rub your nose, don’t, as you will look suspicious:)<\/p>\n
